Sachin Shriyan brings over two decades of leadership experience with a strong track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and promoting a culture of accountability and innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an Executive MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

John Munson drives revenue growth through strategic partner recruitment and engagement. He is also serving as Chairman of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV) and Executive Board Member of the Greater Southwestern Ohio Urban League (ULGSO). He holds a B.A in Business Communication from the University of Cincinnati.

Anu is an accomplished leader with 20+ years’ experience in operations and client relationship management. She brings deep expertise in human resources, employee engagement, business development, and strategic problem-solving. She holds an MBA from the T.A. Pai Management Institute and completed advanced studies in HR at Central Michigan University.

Claire Fishaw has over a decade of experience since joining the company as an intern in 2012. Based at headquarters, she has played a key role in the company’s growth and strategic direction. She partners closely with clients, teams, and stakeholders to ensure consistent value delivery and operational excellence. She holds Bachelor of Arts from Adrian College.
